where is it acceptable to run into a street side cafe and fire a water pistol in the faces of six people in a serious business meeting? where is it ok to dump a trash can full of water onto a small childs head? where do water prices vary depending on the temperature of the water? where do people freely urinate in their shorts at the bar? is there a place where an old lady will throw a water balloon at my face and then throw powder at me? where are people in a paddy wagon getting drenched as they head to jail? where can a todler freely shoot a uniformed policeman in the face? where can you team up with a five year old dressed as spiderman and go on water bombing missions?

i have found this place and i really like it.
